LC Construction and Consultation Terms of Service (ToS)

1. Services Provided: LC Construction and Consultation offers remodeling construction, maintenance, installation, and consulting services. The specific services to be provided will be detailed in your service agreement.

2. Customer Obligations: You agree to provide access to your property for assessments, installations, and maintenance services. You are responsible for ensuring that the property is ready for installation, including obtaining any necessary permits or homeowner association approvals.

3. Quotes and Payment: Quotes provided by LC Construction and Consultation are valid for 30 days from the date issued. Payment terms will be outlined in your service agreement. Late payments may incur additional charges.

4. Installation and Service: LC Construction and Consultation will perform all services in a professional manner, adhering to applicable codes and regulations. Installation schedules are subject to change due to weather, supply chain issues, or other unforeseen circumstances.

5. Warranty and Repairs: LC Construction and Consultation provides a warranty for materials and labor, the specifics of which will be outlined in your service agreement. Warranty claims must be made within the warranty period and do not cover damages from misuse, neglect, or acts of nature.

6. Cancellation and Refunds: You may cancel your service agreement within 30 days of signing without penalty. Cancellations made after this period may be subject to a cancellation fee as outlined in your service agreement. Refunds for services not rendered will be processed in accordance with the terms of your agreement.

7. Limitation of Liability: LC Construction and Consultation shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from the services provided.

8. Governing Law: These Terms of Service and any disputes arising out of or related to the services provided by LC Construction and Consultation shall be governed by the laws of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

9. Amendments to Terms: LC Construction and Consultation reserves the right to amend these Terms of Service at any time. You will be notified of any changes, and your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of those changes.
